Our case management services (CSMs) are divided into two categories--Level I and Level II Intensive, contingent upon client needs at program start.

Our CSMs provide the accountability necessary to put a realistic plan into action, while connecting clients with resources that build upon personal success.

As catalyst for change, our CSMs help clients to minimize excuses while focusing on solutions that produce results.
